My Chocolate Excellence Program is a continuous improvement program based upon ongoing manufacturing support and team coaching.

It recognises that whilst short term fixes and improvements are ok for certain aspects of your business (like optimising a temperer), many processes and behaviours around chocolate need longer term support for improvements to stick.

The program will step-change the performance of your people and processes.

By offering on-going support, we can ensure change is embedded and the benefits are sustained.

Changes can be linked to long term business manufacturing strategies and individual development objectives.

Your team will recognise your investment in them and will be more engaged.

The program considers your people, product, procedures, equipment and materials.

The requirement for change is identified, enabled, managed and supported. Elements are assessed, improved and maintained.

The process is as follows (but can be flexed to suit you) : 

1) The starting point is an End to End assessment of your chocolate business that identifies points of weakness in terms of productivity, business continuity and quality  [ASSESSMENT PHASE].

2) Working with your management team, we'll prioritise improvement areas and agree a coaching and support change program [IMPROVEMENT PHASE - PART 1].

3) We'll agree objectives and the metrics by which to measure improvement, and the communication and reporting framework [IMPROVEMENT PHASE - PART 2].

4) I'll provide regular support and coaching to improve individual and team competencies and impact  [MAINTAIN PHASE]. 

Ongoing support could be weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on the size of your business and the challenges you face.

Support could be on-site, remote or a mix of the two.
